Can customize any size such as 38L / 45L / 53L / 61L / 77L / 88L / 96L / 99L / 108L / 135L / 175L / 264L / 360L / 650L / 560L / 960L / 1024L, etc. We can customize the material, size and construction as per user’s actual specific needs.
2. Ultrasonic power: 1500W. Transducer quantity: 30pcs.
3. Ultrasonic frequency: 28khz or 40khz, can customize 68khz / 80khz / 120khz. The bigger frequency suits the more precision work pieces.
4. There is cooling system equipped to avoid the cleaning liquid which is with a low ignition point to be evaporated. By using this machine, can reduce the consumption and save costs.
5. Control: seperate ultrasonic generators and user-friendly operation interface. With copied and electric user manual as well as video guidance to guide user to operate.

Description
Lush Trees Tech Ultrasonic Bath 108L with Chilling and Lifting System Ultrasound Cleaner
1. The tank is configured ultrasonic cleaning with cooling, cleaning and lifting system to provide precise cleaning in short time.
2. The whole machine structure: using high quality SUS304/316L plate stainless steel welding, no water leakage, the welding place is polished.
3. Transducer: imported piezoelectric ceramic chip, can adapt to different temperatures for long time work; imported bonding technology, to ensure that the transducers can work for long time without falling off.
4. Ultrasonic generator: adopt the international leading technology, adopt IGBT module, SCM technology, stable working condition, bigger and stronger output power. There are over-voltage, over-current, output short circuit and other protective measures.
5. Electrical system: all levels of independent circuit, can be independently controlled by various parameters of the tank.
6. Circulation filter system: by the stainless steel filter pump, overflow circulation device, storage tank and other components, branded stainless steel filter pump, storage tank using SUS304/316L stainless steel welded. Automatic heating and constant temperature system: the cleaning tank adopts wall heating mode, the heating power depends on the size of the tank and the organic solvents used, and equipped with a temperature controller, can control the temperature at any time.
