Shipping & Delivery
How production equipment is prepared, dispatched and received for domestic and international B2B orders.
Effective date: July 13, 20261. Your quotation controls
Shipping method, cost, Incoterm, dispatch point, delivery documents and estimated schedule are confirmed in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract. Those written terms take priority over this general policy.
2. Production and dispatch timing
Lead time depends on machine type, customization, drawing approval, component availability, testing, payment milestones and export documentation. An estimate begins only when the conditions stated in the quotation have been satisfied. Changes requested after approval may require a revised schedule.
Dispatch and arrival dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We provide available tracking, bill of lading or freight information after shipment.
3. Inspection and packing before shipment
Equipment is inspected and packed according to its size, transport method and agreed requirements. Industrial machines may use protective wrapping, reinforced cartons or export plywood cases. Customers should advise us before quotation if they require special labeling, fumigation documentation, moisture protection, lifting marks or destination-specific packing.
4. Freight, customs and import requirements
Responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, destination charges and import permits follows the agreed Incoterm and written order. Customers must provide accurate consignee, tax, import and delivery information. Unless the contract states otherwise, destination customs decisions and local installation requirements are outside our control.
5. Inspecting delivery
Inspect the outer packing before signing the carrier’s receipt. Record visible damage or missing packages on the receipt, take photographs and retain all packing materials. Notify both the carrier and our sales contact promptly. For concealed damage, stop installation or use where continued handling could worsen the condition, and send photographs or video as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include the order number, machine model, package condition, delivery date and a description of the issue. Carrier claim deadlines can be short, so prompt documentation matters.
6. Delays and events outside reasonable control
Customs inspection, port congestion, carrier schedules, weather, strikes, shortages, government action and other events outside reasonable control can affect delivery. We will share material information available to us and cooperate on practical next steps, but responsibility is determined by the agreed contract and shipping term.
