Can customize any size such as 38L / 45L / 53L / 61L / 77L / 88L / 96L / 99L / 108L / 135L / 175L / 264L / 360L / 650L / 560L / 960L / 1024L, etc. We can customize the material, size and construction as per user’s actual specific needs.
2. Ultrasonic power: 5400W. Transducer quantity: 100pcs.
3. Ultrasonic frequency: 28khz or 40khz, can customize 68khz / 80khz / 120khz. The bigger frequency suits the more precision work pieces.
4. There is cooling system equipped to avoid the cleaning liquid which is with a low ignition point to be evaporated. By using this machine, can reduce the consumption and save costs.
5. Control: seperate ultrasonic generators and user-friendly operation interface. With copied and electric user manual as well as video guidance to guide user to operate.

1. The whole machine structure: using high quality stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel welding, no water leakage, the welding place is polished.
2. Transducer: imported piezoelectric ceramic chip, can adapt to different temperatures for long time work; imported bonding technology, to ensure that the transducers can work for long time without falling off.
3. Ultrasonic generator: adopt the international leading technology, adopt IGBT module, SCM technology, stable working condition, bigger and stronger output power. There are over-voltage, over-current, output short circuit and other protective measures.
4. Electrical system: the use of PLC Human Interface Touch control technology, all levels of independent circuit, can be independently controlled by various parameters of the slot.
5. Freezing system: The machine adopts two-stage freezing system, the first layer is the freezing zone, connected with the freezing system. Another layerisfor the cold water frozen zone, access to cold water frozen. Equipped with chiller and cooler 1 set each, multi-stage working shares these refrigeration system.
