1. The 1st tank is with ultrasonic cleaning+heating+filtering recirculation system with below main configurations:
1). Tank size: 850*850*500MM, tank material is stainless steel SUS316 in 2.0mm;
2). The ultrasonic electroplate plates are installed at the bottom (2pcs), the front (1pc) and back (1pc) of the tank with total 144pcs of transducers inside;
3). Ultrasonic frequency is 40Khz, ultrasonic power is 7200W;
4). Heating power is 18KW;
5). With 1 set of filtering recirculation system.

3. The 3rd tank is with bubbling rinsing cleaning function with below main configurations:
1). Tank size: 850*850*500mm, tank material is stainless steel SUS316 in 2.0mm;
2). With bubble pipes installed at the bottom of the tank, connected with high pressure air blower.
3). With air filter.
4). With 1 set of throwing system sharing with the 1st 2nd and 3rd tanks.
4. The 4thtank is with air knife cleaning function with below main configurations:
1). Tank size: 850*850*500mm, tank material is stainless steel SUS304 in 2.0mm;
2). The four sides of the tank are installed with air knives to sweep back and forth;
3). Connected with high pressure air blower.
5. The 5th tank is centrifugal drying tank, with tank size 850*850*500MM and tank material is stainless steel SUS304 in 2.0mm, with drying power 12KW and equiped with high efficiency air purifier.
6. The 6th tank is hot air circulation drying tank, tank size is 850*850*500mm and tank material is stainless steel SUS304 in 2.0mm; With drying power 12KW and equiped with high efficiency air purifier.
7. The work pieces are carried by conveyor belt, with stainless steel cleaning baskets, with manual inlet and outlet water drainage valves.
