1. Tank material: Stainless Steel SUS304 or 316L. Tank size: 450*250*300mm. Tank capacity: 33L. Can customize any size such as 38L / 45L / 53L / 61L / 77L / 88L / 96L / 99L / 108L / 135L / 175L / 264L / 360L / 650L / 560L / 960L / 1024L, etc. We can customize the material, size and construction as per user’s actual specific needs.
2. Ultrasonic power: 900W for the 1st and 2nd tank, total 1800W. Transducer quantity of each tank: 18pcs, total 36pcs.
3. Ultrasonic frequency: 28khz or 40khz, can customize 68khz / 80khz / 120khz. The bigger frequency suits the more precision work pieces.
4. Control: seperate ultrasonic generators and user-friendly operation interface. With copied and electric user manual as well as video guidance to guide user to operate.
5. Lift and Filter: The lifting system can lift the basket with workpieces up and down, the filter system can improve the cleaning effect.
6. Optional: pneumatic lift, rinsing tank, drying tank etc.
7. Function: industrial ultrasonic cleaning with filtering, lifting and drying system.

Description
Lush Trees Tech Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner 33L Three Tanks Lifting Filtration Drying Machine
1) Lifting system: The equipment is equipped with lifting system, using SC50*300SFA cylinder and linear guide rail to ensure smooth lifting.
2) Ultrasonic: the 1st and 2nd tank ultrasonic system, transducer wall-mounted installation mode, evenly arranged at the bottom of the equipment. Each tank ultrasonic power 900W, total 1800W. Frequency 40KHZ, equipped with independent generator control, power adjustable.
3) Heating system: the 1st and 2nd tank adopts cast aluminum wall-mounted heating plate, heating power 3KW.In total 6KW
4) Air heating tube, heating power 3KW, equipped with CX-75A-750W medium pressure fan internal circulation mode drying, digital temperature display.
5) The degree controller controls the heating temperature, equipped with a pneumatic door cover, and is driven by a cylinder.
6) Circulating filtration system: the 1st tank adopts CHL series stainless steel centrifugal pump + stainless steel 10″ filter, circulating pressure flow. The amount is adjustable.
