4). 4th Tank: Ultrasonic cleaning+heating,the heating power is 3kw, the ultrasonic frequency is 40kHz and 120kHz.
5). 5th Tank: Ultrasonic cleaning+heating,the heating power is 3kw, the ultrasonic frequency is 40kHz and 120kHz.
6). 6th Tank: Bubbling tank, the inner tank is PP tank, and anti-corrosion bubbling tube is arranged.

Description
Lush Trees Tech Ultrasonic Cleaner Multi Tanks 40Khz 120Khz Cleaning Bubbling Drying System
1. Each tank size :400*520*690MM. Unit size :8400*900*1500MM.
2. Equipment structure: The main cleaning tank is made of 2.0-2.5mm thickness SUS304 steel plate, of which 6th tank to 10th tank are made of 12mm thick PPN material.
3. Ultrasonic system : For the 3rd and 11th cleaning tank, each ultrasonic frequency is 40KHZ, are equipped with an input ultrasonic plate at the bottom of the tank body, each installed 24pcs transducers. As for the 4th tank, 5th tank and 12th cleaning tank, each ultrasonic frequency is 40KHZ and 120KHZ, are equipped with an input ultrasonic plate at the bottom and side of the tank body, each equipped with 18pcs transducers. And equipped with independent generator control system power, can be adjusted according to the production process.
4. Polypropylene: the 6th to 10th tank are PP tank, arrange anti-corrosion bubble tube.
5. Bubbling system : The 2nd tank, the 6th tank to 10th tank are all bubbling tanks.
6. Drying system : the 14th tank is equipped with CX-75SAH series medium pressure fan for air supply, internal circulation air system, 6KW air heater, outlet is equipped with high efficiency filter, drying temperature can be adjusted according to the production process.
7. Heating system : For the 3rd to 5th tank, the 11th tank and the 12th cleaning tank, each tank with stainless steel heating tube, each tank heating power 3KW.
8. Control electric box: the internal electrical components of the electric box are imported well-known brands, the use of PLC control machine automation, control panel installed touch screen, all parameters can be adjusted, easy to operate.
