1. Unit Size: L3270*W1200*H900mm, tank Size: L2300*W300*H200mm, the tank body is made of SUS304 T2.0 steel.
2. Rotating mechanism: the use of horizontal gear motor control rotating power roller, driven roller. Adjustable according to different workpiece lengths.
3. Ultrasonic system: 48pcs of ultrasonic transducers are installed evenly at the bottom of the tank body. Ultrasonic Power 2400W. Frequency: 40KHZ, equipped with a set of independent generator.
4. Cleaning system: configure 2 sets of liquid storage tanks, and two sets of stainless steel circulating pumps,The cleaning agent storage tank is equipped with 6KW heating pipe, and the automatic cleaning and rinsing process is controlled by electric valve.
5. Manual door cover: manual door cover is configured above the tank body, and gas springs are installed at both ends of the door cover to facilitate opening.
6. The use of PLC control machine automatic Control panel installed 7.5″ touch screen, the parameters can be modified according to the cleaning process. Easy to operate, total power about 12KW.
