2. Function: 1st tank ultrasonic cleaning (with filtration and recycling) + 2nd tank ultrasonic precise cleaning + 3rd tank spraying cleaning + 4th tank ultrasonic rinsing + 5th tank hot air circulation drying.
3. Each tank size: 550*400*350mm, each tank capacity: 77L, transducers(PCS) : 72PCS, ultrasonic power of each 1st, 2nd and 4th tank: 1.2KW, heating power of each tank: 3KW.
4. Ultrasonic frequency: 28KHZ or 40KHZ, or customize 68KHZ / 80KHZ / 120KHZ.
5. Tank material: SUS304 or SUS316L, can customize. Tank thickness: Bottom 2.5MM, 4 sides 2MM.
6. Timer of each tank: 1-99min adjustable/Continous mode.
7. Heater: 20-95c adjustable for the first 4 tanks, 20-100C or 20-150C for the 5th tank.
8. Drain valve: 1 inch, basket & lid: standard, equipped casters with brake.
9. Machine Voltage: AC 380V, 3 phases. Generator Voltage: AC110V or 220V, 1 phase.

1. Automatic frequency tracking generator drive, modular design of the whole machine, easy to operate, convenient to maintain.
2. Digital controlled dispaly, one-button to start cleaning, can quickly remove the contaminants from the work pieces in several minutes.
3. Heating temperature is adjustable, 20-100% ultrasonic power is adjustable, cleaning time can be adjusted in minutes and hours to meet the cleaning requirements of different products, constant power output, ultrasonic effect homogeneous and strong.
4. Ultrasonic transducers, high strength glue bonding, have higher ultrasonic transfer efficiency and longer service life, the tank body is welded by SUS304 or SUS316L 2.0-2.5mm, the vibration surface is plated with environmental protection chromium treatment.
5. Pass 2500V high voltage test, strict production process and aging process, have mute cover/ 304 or 316L stainless steel washing basket, etc. And certificated by CE/ROHS/FCC.
6. Equipped with flitration and circulation device, improve the cleaning effect, saves cleaning liquid and environmental friendly. Automatic basket lifting system can be added too.
